Quality Certificates for Cuban Restaurants
Havana.- Several gastronomic facilities in Havana were granted certificates based on the service quality and customers’ acceptance.
Executives from the Palmares group stated that the restaurant La Bodeguita del Medio won the Five-Fork category, followed by el Tocororo and El Algibe with four.
Likewise, other restaurants such as La Cecilia, Don Cangrejo and Shang Hai, from the tourist complex Dos Gardenias, were granted the Three-Fork category.
In addition, the qualification of El Floridita, La Torre and La Casa Española to the Four-Fork category is expected in the next few months, while dos Gardenias and La Ferminia are seeking to win the Three-Fork category.
Palmares, with 14 branches across the country, is developing plans in several locations mainly based on tourist centers such as the Valle de Viñales.
