Villa Caprice

We are a naturist couple that have just discovered Viia Caprice and wish to visit.

Has anyone been there ? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated ! Also, does the private catamaran still operate ? Would love to get a group together for some beautiful CO time on the water !!!

Voici les information que nous avons sur cette hotel Villa Caprice
Au Naturel (vêtements facultatifs) pour la communauté naturiste.
Notez que les hôtels Villa Caprice (18+ Naturist) et Villa Natura (18+ LGBTQ+) partagent toutes les installations.
La plage située en face de la Villa Caprice est une plage à vêtements facultatifs ; vous rencontrerez des naturistes dans cette zone.

Celon nos informations vous serez en mesure d'être au naturel partout sur la propriété. Par contre, veuillez noté qu'il est fort possible que les vêtement soit obligatoire dans les restaurants.

Semblerait que les deux piscine sont vêtements facultatifs ou pas naturiste du tout la plage qui dites vêtements facultatifs ben c’est bizarre parce qu’il n’a pas vraiment toujours eu de plage à cette Hotel

I wonder where does it come from that Villa Caprice is a naturist destination.
I only saw on this web site. Nowhere else, nor sunwing page has any mention
I have hard time believing it could be naturist hotel since it has a road (small but road) passing right through.
And since it is not advertised as naturist anywhere, I assume there will be lots and lots of textile folks, who will have issues with any nudity even at the pool or the beach (whatever amounts for a beach due to sea conditions

Just returned this morning from Villa Caprice. Amazing staff. Bungalows are ok nothing great. Food was good. We were spoiled by the staff. There was no problem with naturism at the Diana bar pool or nice section of beach in front of Isla del Sur hotel beside the Iguana. Also a bar there and nice man Raoul that will set you up with chairs and an umbrella. Not many people using it. Could walk quite a ways towards town.
Iguana empty closed
Isla del sur closed empty
Playa Blanca closed. Few workers living there supposedly starting renovation soon
Villa Coral closed empty
Soledad closed empty
Lindamar open great food
Starfish (Pelicano) open
Sol (Memories?) Open
Small store and rentals by Isla del Sur closed
Souvenirs at Pirate Bar in the village gone
Airport has renos but almost no store. Sandwich counter and drinks but very limited for cigars.
No flight boards in the departure lounge, zero info.

Sunwing flights horrible and they are still selling ALL HOTELS but will move you. There were 12 of us at the Caprice for new years. Sol was full. Starfish 1/2.

Thanks! This is a very helpful update. Would you expect Grand Memories to be open by Feb 3rd? Something tells me I may be moved to another resort.

Nous avions une réservation au Caprice fin janvier mais comme les vols de Québec sont annulés pour la saison nous irons à Santa Maria au Sol.

We were told there was supposedly to be a large crew starting work there this week. Fingers crossed maybe?? But it is Cuba and half the hotels are closed on CL.
