Sol CL vs Pelicano

we are thinking of booking a trip for early Jan 2020 to either Sol CL or Pelicano. I stayed at Sol CL about 10 years ago and really liked it. Loved the nude beach!

What do people now recommend Sol CL or Pelicano? What's the condition of the beach, food, rooms? Would love to hear your comments.

We have stayed at the Sol Cayo Largo for the past two Aprils and plan on going again this year. We go for the nude beach and the relaxing atmosphere.
We found the beach and weather to be awesome two years in a row.

Hi Guys, we will be at the Sol CL on Jan 31 for a week, meeting 2 other (nudist , but vanilla) couples from MB there. They also just came back from there, and said there is very little beach at the Sol right now... only 15 feet or so. And only about 15 palapas that folks are grabbing at 530am... hate the chair games.

We love CL... love the nude beach (not having to walk in a wet swim suit), relaxation and doing a whole lot of nothing for a week, other than being my beautiful wife's tanning oil butler lol
