Et l'état important des plages. Lors de ma dernière visite, la Sol Beach était complètement absente.

I have just booked for Dec 30 out of Toronto for my 5th trip and first time at new years (bringing my US fiancé!!) and am quite interested to see the condition of the beaches, supplies and food if they are indeed bringing in from Canada. I've stayed at the Marinera (waterfront rooms very bad shape in March 2020) twice, Iguana, Villa Coral -which hooked me the first time! And the Playa Blanca.
We will obviously be happy to get out of the cold and enjoy the beauty of CL but am a little skeptical to see if they have truly renovated and upgraded to offset the huge price jumps. Unfortunately this is what happens in a monopoly. I like the smaller hotels, less rooms and less people compared to say Cayo Santa Maria with 13,000 rooms I think? I only hope any future new development doesn't spoil this little gem. Good luck everyone, looking forward to your reports!
