Grand Memories open soon?

Can anyone provide an update on whether Grand Memories will be taking guests in February? Is the new Ranchon built?
Friends booked two weeks from Jan 20th but were told it won't be ready, and offered a refund or booking at another resort. I'm booked for two weeks starting Feb 3. Fingers crossed. Thanks!

There was a rumor when we were at the Caprice first week of Jan that they were starting work there this week. Currently some workers living there. The Caprice looked aftercus very well while we were there however the bungalows are not my favorite.
